Each season from Fall to Spring, Esprit presents between four to six lively concerts with adventurous programmes of contemporary orchestral music, widely described as 'new music.'
Repertoire is designed to guide listeners through familiar and challenging musical terrain in a comprehensible, enjoyable way with programming that aims to stimulate, entertain, amuse and enlighten audiences.
Esprit's core 45 musicians - selected for their special skills, experience & knowledge in the performance of new music - present newly-commissioned music by Esprit, works by foremost and emerging Canadian composers, and current music by compositional masters from around the world.
All Esprit concerts are recorded for broadcast by CBC Radio Two's Two New Hours, and are enjoyed by classical music lovers throughout Canada and the world.
- Sponsoring Esprit's season of concerts is the best way to reach all Esprit audiences.
- Signage is placed in the front & main lobbys for viewing prior to the concert, at the intermission & post-concert.
- Corporate Leader's may request signage on stage.
